TIL the food court at the Kirkland store rings up a whole pizza for $9.95 if you ask at the register
Stopped by the Kirkland, WA location last Friday around 1pm and watched a guy walk up with a receipt and grab a full 18 inch pepperoni pizza for under ten bucks. Turns out you can order a whole take and bake style pie at the counter instead of just the slices, and it feeds like four people. I grabbed one for my crew and we split it in the parking lot, way cheaper than four combo slices. Anyone know if other locations do this or is it just the flagship store?
Did you at least tell the guy in front of you that he was your new hero? Seriously though, watching someone haul away a full 18 inch pizza for under ten bucks while I'm standing there paying almost that much for two sad slices feels like a personal attack. I've been to that Kirkland location a bunch of times and never knew you could just ask for the whole pie at the register. Next thing you'll tell me the hot dog and soda combo is still a buck fifty. If this works at other spots, my lunch budget is about to get real weird.
