Compared two credit monitoring services side by side and one was a mess

I signed up for Credit Karma and Experian last month because my score took a 40 point dip out of nowhere. Credit Karma showed me a utilization spike from a missed statement date, but Experian had the same info buried behind three clicks and a pop-up ad. The difference was night and day for actually figuring out what happened. Has anyone else found one service way easier to read than the others?

Wait, Credit Karma actually showed you the specific reason for the dip that easily? I spent half an hour digging through Experian's menus and still couldn't find where they explained my utilization change, it felt like they wanted me to give up. That's honestly shocking how different the experience is between those two services.

@evahenderson Credit Karma basically handed me the reason on a silver platter, two clicks max. Experian's menu feels like they designed it to punish you for even trying to understand your own score. Whole different universe when one wants your money and the other just wants to sell you ads.
