Paid $120 for a credit repair company, got a list of form letters I could have written myself

Signed up with one of those online credit repair outfits back in March and they literally just disputed everything with the same template, no actual strategy. Got my reports back and two of the three bureaus ignored it all, so I'm out $120 and 45 days. Anyone else get burned by these guys or did I just pick a garbage one?
