Totally get it, I swapped out my main photo for a clear shot of me smiling and my inbox blew up. It was like flipping a switch, people just started responding way more. I guess that first picture really is everything on those apps. Makes you wonder what you were doing wrong before. Feels good when you finally find the thing that clicks.
