My hidden camera in a fake plant caught my cat knocking it over 3 times

Set up a tiny camera in a fake fern at my house in Phoenix. Thought it was clever. Came home to find the plant on its side and the camera facing the ceiling. Cat batted it off the shelf. Watched the footage and laughed so hard. Now I use double sided tape and a heavier pot. Anyone else have pets mess with their hidden cams?

People always assume the worst when they see a setup like that. You probably expected a joke or something obviously fake, not just a regular old photo. Sometimes the most obvious answer is actually the right one, not the twist everyone's waiting for.

Gotta say I'm not really seeing what the big deal is here. You set up a hidden camera in a plant and the cat knocked it over. That's pretty normal cat behavior right there. Seems like you got exactly what you signed up for just with a little slapstick comedy added in. Maybe I'm missing something but this just sounds like a regular Tuesday with a pet.
