I always thought a full 60 minutes was needed for a basic facial

A regular told me she felt rushed and couldn't relax, so I tried a 75-minute slot for my standard cleanse-extraction-mask routine. Now I see the extra time for pressure points and letting the mask really set makes a huge difference. Do you all find clients prefer longer, slower services even if it means booking fewer per day?

Oh man, 60 minutes is already pretty long for a basic facial.

Remember that time I got a "quick" facial that turned into a 90 minute thing? They kept adding steps (like this weird shoulder rub) and I was too polite to say anything.

Totally agree, the extra time is key for a real service. Clients like @moore.beth notice when you rush and it hurts your reputation. Just charge properly for the longer slot so your day still makes sense.
