I was at a new medspa in Austin and saw a tech doing extractions without gloves on.
The manager told me it was 'faster for her workflow' but that's a major red flag for cross-contamination, right?

Report them to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation right now. That's a huge infection control breach. They'd get shut down for that in a dental office. How can you trust them with anything else if they skip basic gloves?
