Shoutout to my cousin who got fired from that brewery in Asheville for a joke about their IPA

Honestly, I think it was totally unfair. The tweet was dumb but not hateful, and now he's been out of work for 3 months. Has anyone else seen a company overreact this badly to a dumb joke?

Remember a brewery tour where the guide made a joke about ale andails. It was so bad the whole group just went quiet for a solid minute. Sometimes a pun is so weak it feels like a firing offense. That guy probably thought he was the next big comic.
