@felix414 nailed it. That first 10 minutes is just you and the stopper having a quiet argument while your arm cramps up in the sink. By the time you fish out the hair monster, you've already burned through the whole afternoon.

Oh boy. The YouTube 15 minute drain fix is a lie and everyone knows it. You spend the first 10 minutes trying to get the damn stopper out without breaking the screw, then another 20 minutes pulling out a clump of hair that looks like a small animal. And that's before you even get to the actual cleaning part.
