Had a lightbulb moment about 'sugar-free' cookies during game night.
We were all munching on these sugar-free cookies at game night, thinking we were being smart. Then I checked the label and saw they were packed with artificial stuff. Felt pretty silly for falling for that health claim.

Totally get that, @clairetaylor, but some sugar-free stuff uses natural sweeteners too.
