I showed a client my rough wireframe sketch last month, the one with coffee stains and my terrible handwriting. That messy draft did more to build trust than any polished deck ever could. It proved the work was real and the thinking was solid from the very start. Now I send those early sketches on purpose, because people connect with the process, not just the perfect final thing.
