Vent: Sliced my finger on a sharp shelf edge in my own workshop

Was reaching for a can of paint in my garage in Austin last month and a metal shelf bracket caught my hand. Needed 4 stitches and couldn't work on any projects for a week. Anyone else got scars from their own garage setup?

Honestly I kind of see it differently though. Those sharp edges and brackets are part of why a workshop feels functional to me and I'd rather know where the danger is than have it hidden somewhere.

@aaron_perry that's a good point about hidden vs visible risk. Knowing where the sharp edges are keeps you honest in the garage, even if it costs you a few stitches now and then.
