My sister laughed at my garlic press collection, then showed me one trick
She came over last weekend and grabbed my cheap garlic press, said 'watch this'. She put the clove in skin and all and it came out perfect in 5 seconds. I have three presses in my drawer and never thought to skip peeling first.

That trick with the press saved me a ton of time once I finally tried it too.

Man, I gotta disagree with you and @diana_kim66 a little. I tried that press trick three times and ended up with a big sticky mess on my counter that took forever to clean up.
