inShowerthought: meal prepping 3 weeks ahead is a waste of money and freezer space
Noticed this same thing with gym memberships, streaming plans, and now meal prep. We love buying the idea of a better version of ourselves more than the thing itself. The $85 at Costco was never really about chicken and rice, it was about buying proof that we were going to change. Then real life shows up, the food gets sad, and we are back at the drive thru. My longest stretch in the fridge was probably five days before the smell made the call for me. Cooking small and often just fits how people actually live.

inWarning: ask the seller about hidden rot before you even look at a barn find
Three hours one way to see a rot box, that's rough. I mean, is a wet mulch smell REALLY a deal breaker though? People act like a little rust is the end of the world when half these barn finds are basically parts trucks anyway.
