I still like flipping through a printed build guide over watching a video

Everyone seems to love video tutorials now, but I find a good old paper guide easier to follow when I'm putting parts together. It feels less rushed and I can go at my own pace without pausing every two seconds. Do you think we rely too much on videos these days?

Having the paper steps right there with grimy hands changed my last build completely.

My buddy tried building his first PC last month. He kept getting stuck on the CPU cooler because the video went too fast. He was pausing, rewinding, it was a mess. Finally printed out a PDF from the manufacturer's site. Had it on the workbench next to him. Said it was way less stressful. Just followed the numbered steps with his hands free. He swears he'll never use a video for assembly again.

Videos actually win for me because you can SEE the real thing move. Watching someone's hands twist a part or line up a bracket solves so much confusion. You just gotta find a creator who doesn't rush and pause when you need to.
