Guy at the gas station told me my tire pressure was low. Didn't ask.

Was pumping gas at the Shell on 3rd street last Tuesday. Random guy walks over and says 'your back left is at 28 psi, you'll wreck if you don't fill it.' Didn't even know him. Has anyone else had strangers just walk up and tell you something about your car like they own it?

you'll wreck if you don't fill it" is such a weird way to put it, like he was warning you about a bomb or something. Did he say 28 psi like he had a gauge on him, or was he just guessing from looking? I've had people tell me my headlights were off or my blinker was on, but never with a specific number like that. Makes me wonder if he works at a tire shop or just memorizes random psi numbers for fun.

Yeah that guy was definitely either a mechanic or just really weirdly into tires.
