Unpopular opinion: Shifting my last meal earlier transformed my morning yoga
I used to eat dinner right before bed. My sunrise flows felt stiff and hard. Now I finish eating a couple hours before sleep. I wake up lighter and my moves connect better. Try it if your morning practice feels off.

Honestly my experience is the total opposite. I eat a big meal right before bed all the time and my morning flow is fine. Maybe it's more about your own digestion than a universal rule.

Wow, I always thought meal timing didn't matter for yoga until I tried this. My body feels less heavy in the morning now. Morning poses actually feel good for once.
