I was in Buenos Aires last year and found a barber shop that felt like the past. The barber there worked with straight razors and hot towels for every shave. It made me think of when my own shop took time with each client. Now, back home, we rush with electric clippers and fast cuts. I miss the real conversations we had with customers. That trip made me see how much we've given up for speed. Do you think we can bring back some of that care?
