I found a cheap one-way to Lisbon on a budget airline, then a cheap one-way back home from Porto a week later. The total was $200, which saved me over $300. Has anyone else tried this multi-city trick in Europe?

I roasted my buddy over his hot water coffee and now things are weird

Recently at a friend's place, he decided to show off his new French press. He boiled water on the stove and poured it right over the grounds. I told him straight up that he was scorching the coffee and it would taste bitter. He got all offended and said his way was fine. The other guys just watched, not sure what to do. We tried his brew and yeah, it was burnt. Now every time coffee comes up, he gives me side eye. But hey, truth hurts sometimes when you're messing with good beans.
