A conversation with my doctor put GMO foods in a new light for me
I've had ongoing digestive issues for years. During my last check up, my doctor brought up the topic of GMO foods. He said some patients report improvements when they cut them out. I decided to give it a try and bought only non GMO labeled items for a month. My symptoms did seem to lessen, but I'm not fully convinced. It could just be that I'm eating more whole foods in general. I'm torn between the health claim and the higher price tag. Has anyone here made a similar switch and noticed a real difference?
