Started noticing more guys taking quick mental breaks up high

I used to push straight through my shifts without a pause, but my mind would get fuzzy after hours. Now, I stop for a couple minutes after tough picks to just breathe and look out the window. It sounds silly, but it really helps me reset before the next move. Last month, doing this kept me calm when a load started swinging in a gust. A few other operators on site have started doing similar things, like listening to quiet music. It's a simple trick that cuts down on the stress of being precise all day. Lol, never thought I'd be into taking breaks, but here we are.
