An AI-generated flyer for our bake sale ended up in the local paper
Our church group needed a last-minute flyer, and my friend whipped one up with an AI tool. The design was so catchy that the paper asked to feature it in their community section. I always heard people say AI art lacks heart, but this tiny success proved it can spread joy and get things done. It's made me rethink the whole 'fairness' talk, honestly.

Add tons of details to your AI prompts.

My attempts at AI art look like a toddler's fridge drawings, lol. Your bake sale flyer actually being useful is a nice change of pace. Guess the tech works when you don't have my terrible taste.

Actually, it's less about taste and more about getting the hang of the prompts.

Charles is right about practice making perfect with prompts. I started by copying good examples and then tweaking them for my own stuff. Sarahb54, your fridge drawing phase is totally normal, mine looked like abstract nightmares at first. The trick is to describe things in stupid simple terms, like you're explaining to a confused relative. After a while, you just sort of guess what the AI needs to hear.
