Shoutout to the ER in my city for showing me how triage software can get it wrong
I saw a person with a clearly broken wrist wait over an hour while the system kept bumping them for 'lower risk' cases flagged by the algorithm, which made me think about who writes the rules for these things and if they've ever worked a real emergency scene.

Ugh, saw the same thing happen with a bad cut last month.

Yeah ward.kim, our system once held a guy with a broken arm for hours over a paper cut.
