Chat with an engineer from Lockheed changed my mind about those flying triangle videos

I ran into a guy at a bar in Denver who said he worked on aerospace coatings for 12 years. He told me those triangle shaped craft people film at night could just be secret military drones with special light bending panels. He said the way the lights move in a triangle pattern matches how they would design navigation beacons for stealth aircraft. Made me wonder if half these clips are just misunderstood US tech instead of aliens. Has anyone else talked to someone who works in aerospace and got a totally different take?
