Back in 2019 our manager taped a laminated shift sheet to the break room wall because the app kept dropping people. Two weeks later someone wiped it down with a wet rag and half the names were gone. Paper works until it doesn't, so maybe keep both going for a while.

The "5 minutes from the pickup doors" part is what got me. I used to be the guy who paid the garage fee every single time because I figured waiting in some lot off to the side was a hassle with extra driving and I'd rather just eat the cost. Then a buddy showed me the cell lot in KC and I felt pretty dumb about all the money I'd left in those garages over the years. You pull in, there's a sign, you park for free, and you're right there when they call. Every airport I've been to since has had one, so you didn't get lucky, you just finally heard about it.
