Question about the moment my DVD player ate the disc right at the good part of Troll 2
I was hosting a bad movie night at my place in Tulsa with 6 friends, and we were 40 minutes into Troll 2 when my old DVD player just froze and started making this awful grinding noise. I tried hitting eject about 5 times and nothing, so I unplugged it, waited, plugged it back in, and it finally spit the disc out with a big scratch across it. We ended up finishing the movie on a laptop with the scratched disc skipping every few minutes, which honestly made the whole thing funnier. Has anyone else had a player die mid-movie, and did you just roll with the glitches or switch to streaming?

Your DVD player knew Troll 2 deserved a more dramatic death scene.
