The week I ruined three batches of sourdough in a row
Last Tuesday I killed my starter by leaving it too close to the window during a cold snap. Then I tried to bake anyway and forgot the salt in one loaf, then overproofed another by 4 hours. My kitchen smelled like a brewery by Friday and I had to toss everything. Has anyone else had a week where nothing went right with their dough?

Bet that rosemary thing actually made the whole block smell like a fancy pizza shop for hours haha.

That reminds me of the time my grandma tried drying rosemary in the oven and accidentally smoked out her whole kitchen, ha. Forgot to set a timer and it was like a campfire in there for hours.
