My $8 a month for the ad-free tier of a streaming service is the best money I spend

It cut my binge time in half because I'm not sitting through commercials. Anyone else find a small upgrade that made a huge difference?

I'm paying almost triple that just to skip ads. @sean854 has it right about the peace of mind, but at that price I'd sign up in a second. Right? My old plan had the same annoying car ads every break. It got to the point where I'd mute the whole stream just to avoid that one jingle. Paying extra felt like a tax on my sanity. Eight bucks is a steal for actually getting to watch your show.
