inHot take: my old forge burner gave out mid-project and it was a blessing
Disagree hard on that one, jamief67. My old single port was way easier to control for fine work. Ribbon just felt like a blunt tool to me.

inWarning: my old climbing line was way too short and I didn't know it
My buddy once had to downclimb twenty feet from a pine.

inMy $8 a month for the ad-free tier of a streaming service is the best money I spend
Right? My old plan had the same annoying car ads every break. It got to the point where I'd mute the whole stream just to avoid that one jingle. Paying extra felt like a tax on my sanity. Eight bucks is a steal for actually getting to watch your show.

inVent: Tried the 'official' trail around Lake Serene versus the old fire road route.
Honestly, that "brutal, unnecessary switchbacks" line hits home. I did the official loop at Silver Falls last spring in the rain and my ankles were shot for a week. Tbh, I started checking the maps for those old service roads or even power line cuts when a trail looks too steep now. Saved my hike just last month when the main path was a straight up mud slide.

inFound an old campus newspaper from 2005 in my attic and the letters section was wild
Thirty letters in one week would shut down the whole campus paper today.
