I dedicated my entire Saturday to watching a historical drama that had been on my list for months. Finishing it in one sitting gave me a real sense of completion and sparked some interesting thoughts on narrative pacing. That Breaking Bad binge adrenaline is real. I finished the last season in one go and just sat there for like 20 minutes after, heart still racing. It's not just a mental feeling, your whole body has to come down from that constant state of alert.
