Found a dented can section at Grocery Outlet, prices shocked me
Walked into Grocery Outlet last Tuesday and spotted a whole cart of dented cans marked 75% off, but half the labels were peeling off so you had to guess what was inside, has anyone else hit that section and actually scored something safe to eat?

...and that's how I ended up with six cans of what turned out to be creamed corn when I thought I was getting peaches. The label was half gone and the picture showed yellow blobs, so honestly that was on me. I did once find a can of chili that had no label at all, just a sharpie mark that said "beef" on it, and it was fine, pretty good actually. The baked beans gamble paid off too, but the mystery soup that was just tomato paste and weird chunks, that one went straight to the trash. My rule now is if the dent is deep enough to worry about, I leave it, but if it's just a little ding, that's basically free food.
