My tablet pen died right before a big portfolio review

I was at the coffee shop on 5th Ave, finalizing my showcase pieces, and the thing just stopped registering pressure. Had to scramble and use my phone as a makeshift stylus to finish the last details. Anyone got a good brand for a backup pen that won't crap out like that?

Feel your pain, that's the worst timing ever. My friend swears by the basic Wacom pens for reliability. Hope you find a good backup fast.

My buddy's pen died right before a big pitch meeting too. He ended up buying two of the same cheap model so he always has a spare. It's a solid plan to avoid that last minute panic.

Classic tech betrayal right when you need it most. My old pen pulled that stunt during a client Zoom call, I had to pretend my cat stepped on the keyboard. The basic Wacom ones are boring but they just keep working forever.
