Just realized my $50 memory foam pillow is a total lie

I bought that fancy pillow at Target 3 months ago thinking it'd fix my neck pain, but it went flat after 6 weeks like a pancake. I folded up an old bath towel under my head instead and woke up without soreness for the first time in ages. Anyone else find that expensive pillows are just a scam?

Saw a Consumer Reports study saying $20 pillows often outlast luxury memory foam ones.

Yeah I mean that's kinda the thing with memory foam, it can break down super fast if it's not good quality or if you sleep hot. The towel trick is honestly genius though, sometimes the simple stuff really does work better.

Bruh my $300 mattress started sagging after 8 months, ended up just folding a thick blanket under the dip and now it's actually more comfortable than new. The towel trick is literally the same vibe, sometimes you just gotta MacGyver it.
