My buddy had a similar thing happen last year. He posted a vague tweet about his company being cheap, and his manager somehow found it. They tried to write him up for it. He lawyered up for like 300 bucks, and the lawyer sent one letter. The whole thing got dropped so fast. Sometimes that official piece of paper is all it takes to make them back down.
