I remember when 'low fat' on yogurt meant it was healthy, no questions asked.
I bought a tub of low fat yogurt for years, thinking I was making a smart choice. Then I read the label and saw it had more sugar than a can of soda. Has anyone else found a brand that keeps the sugar down without adding fake sweeteners?

Honestly, I just eat the full fat stuff now. It tastes better and keeps me full longer. A little real sugar never hurt anyone.

My grocery bill dropped like twenty bucks a month when I stopped buying the low-fat versions. The full-fat plain yogurt with some berries is way more filling than the sugary low-fat kind. I used to be hungry an hour after the light stuff. Now I just have a small bowl and I'm good until lunch.

Right? I fell for that for ages. I mean, they slap "low fat" on the front and you just assume you're winning at the grocery store. Then you flip it over and it's basically a dessert masquerading as health food. It's like they think we won't read the tiny print. Maybe the real health hack is just ignoring anything with big claims on the package.
