I was at a big grocery store in Tacoma yesterday and saw 'all natural' on a box of cereal with a list of ingredients I can't even pronounce.

All natural" is a pretty meaningless label, honestly.

Yeah, I used to fall for that label all the time. What changed for me was learning that arsenic is technically all natural. That really made it click how the phrase doesn't actually mean safe or good for you. It's just a marketing trick to make you feel better about buying something. Now I just ignore it and look at the real stuff on the back of the package.
