Just realized my 'whole grain' bread wasn't really that whole

I mean, I bought the same loaf for like a year because it said 'made with whole grains' right on the front. Then last month, my friend pointed out the ingredients list. The first thing was still 'enriched wheat flour,' which is just white flour. The actual whole wheat flour was like the third ingredient. I checked my old empty bag from maybe three months ago that I saved for a recipe, and it was the same thing. I feel kinda tricked because the label made it sound healthy. Has anyone else found a bread where the whole grain is actually the main thing?

Check the "100% whole grain" stamp on the package.

Honestly, is it that big a deal? You're still eating bread.

Ugh, that's the worst. @wade250 has a good point about the stamp, but honestly, I just gave up and started baking my own after a similar letdown.
