I spent 6 months fighting a landlord over a security deposit before a volunteer lawyer there pointed out a state law I missed in 10 minutes flat, has anyone else used one of those clinics?

Yeah shane_clark that lawyer dug so deep I'm pretty sure she found my car keys from 2019. And totally agree with @samk77, nothing beats that feeling of watching a judge say "case dismissed" while your deadbeat landlord's jaw hits the floor.
