I miss when online work groups felt more like casual chats. Before, mods only stepped in for real fights or spam. Now, anything about management or policy gets flagged fast. Like a few months back, I posted a mild joke about meeting overload and got a warning. It makes me not want to share honest thoughts anymore. Maybe it's for the best, but it feels too controlled. Idk, just thinking out loud here.
