A three-year wait for a brain chip showed me the flaw in our system
I always trusted the slow check-ups for neural implants. My friend's request for a focus boost got stuck in review forever. By the time they said yes, the design was old news. It feels like worrying about a scratch on a new car while driving a broken one. Now I think the rules are too tight and slow. We should fix the process so help comes faster. Waiting for better tech should not mean missing out on it.

What rule change would you make first?

Seriously! I got my own med-board to approve a synaptic regulator by showing them real-time focus logs for a month. Sometimes you have to flood them with data they can't ignore. Maybe @smith.david should look into those fast-track review paths, you know?

How many data points did it take before they finally caved? I've heard some boards need way more proof than others.

Piling on data isn't always the best move. Boards can get stuck on small stuff and miss what really matters. A short, clear case with key evidence often works better.
