inThe change in our work forum moderation after going fully remote
Read an article last week about how companies kill morale by policing small jokes. There was this whole study from last year showing teams that share dumb memes actually report less stress. But HR sees a tired cat and acts like it's a protest sign. Same thing happened at my cousin's office with that "this meeting could have been an email" image. Someone got a talking-to for "undermining collaboration." Makes you wonder if these people have ever had a normal conversation.

inQuestion about knee pain from lunges on carpet
Read something similar about how unstable surfaces trick you into thinking you're stable when you're not. @simon_young46's take on turf floors hiding poor movement is spot on. Carpet might be firm, but at least it doesn't lie to you about your form. I've seen people wobble on those gym floors and then wonder why their knees ache later. Shortening the lunge step seems like a smart fix, honestly.

inHot take: Shared transportation arranged through casual conversation isn't as reliable as advertised
That kind of reliability from @adams.ray sounds dreamy. Really makes you appreciate efficient systems when you find them.
