I was trying to run some 12/2 through a packed header in an old Philly rowhouse last week. The right-angle drill got the hole done in maybe 30 seconds, where my regular drill just couldn't fit and I was about to start cutting drywall. Anyone else have a go-to tool for impossible spaces?
Was over at a friend's house last week and his 8 year old pointed at a plane in the sky and asked me that. I started with the usual 'rivets and inspections' talk, but then he asked if the plane gets tired like people do. That hit different. We talk about metal fatigue and cycles all day, but framing it like the plane just being 'tired' from work stuck with me. How do you guys explain our job to people who aren't in the trade?
