Can we talk about adhesive set times in cold weather?

Honestly, what was the actual temperature in that garage when you applied the adhesive? Tbh, a lot of adhesives have a minimum temp on the label that people miss. Did you check if your adhesive was meant for cold weather or just regular stuff? Ngl, I've seen jobs go sideways because no one reads the fine print about temperature. How do you plan for that now, like do you warm the space first or use a different product?

A deepfake of my uncle on a fake trip has our family second-guessing home videos.

Man this stuff just kills the whole point of home videos lol. It's not even about storage, it's about how you stop telling stories because you're too busy playing detective. My cousin showed a clip from a birthday and half the room was just squinting at the wall texture instead of laughing. Like, the fun part is dead now because we have to run a background check on our own memories. Pretty soon people just won't bother filming stuff because the hassle of proving it's real ruins the moment.

Update: I just used a fairness checklist on our hiring tool and caught a big issue.

Yeah, that 'actually do the reviews' part is the whole problem. In my experience, companies treat required reviews like my old landlord treated safety inspections, doing the bare minimum just to check the box. They only start really checking their work when something breaks and there's a real cost for leaving it broken.

Shoutout to the random user who warned me about a gadget flaw

But what if that short battery life is actually a hidden feature? @amy_craig28, have you ever thought that maybe it forces you to not blast music for hours and actually talk to people? For quick trips to the backyard or a fast shower jam session, 20 minutes is kinda perfect before you just plug it back in.

My view on pre-heating engines shifted after a cold morning start.

Honestly it's less about the immediate feel and more about the long-term wear. Those cold starts add up and grind parts down faster than you'd think. A quick pre-heat just saves so much unseen damage over the years.
