Watched a crypto project's subreddit go from wild west to ghost town in 6 months
Honestly, it was a project focused on private transactions. The sub had maybe 5k active users posting memes, code debates, and price talk. Then the main devs started deleting any post that mentioned a competing coin or criticized their roadmap. Tbh, after that, engagement dropped hard. Now it's just announcements and maybe 2 comments. Did heavy moderation kill the discussion, or was it needed to stay focused? What's your take?
