inWaiting for a decent robot vacuum review tested my last nerve
Read a detailed review where they measured the exact height it failed at. The robot kept trying to climb a quarter-inch step between rooms and eventually just shut down with an error. They also showed it getting its brushes tangled in a long shag rug the promo videos never even had in the frame.

inStruggling to get a proper seal on a cabin pressure valve after overhaul
The Lear 35 valve gaskets always shrink a bit after storage... I warm mine up with a hair dryer for a minute before fitting... makes them way more flexible. What @the_olivia said about torque sequence is key... if you crank one side down first it'll never seal right. Also, try putting a tiny smear of silicone grease on the gasket surface... helps it slide into place without binding. Sometimes the flange itself gets warped from overtightening in the past... check it with a straight edge if you have one. It's a pain but once you get the feel for it...

inWarning: My one-sentence chapter recaps cleaned up our book club mess
Calling it 'kind of magic' is a stretch, @palmer.holly. A shared doc turns movie night into a task. Those monthly arguments were part of the tradition. Now you just have another thing to update. The noise is what makes it human, not a problem to fix.

inOur local water board debates got replaced by a scheduling program
Oh great, the computers are handing out water slots like everyone has the same size shoes. My neighbor had to bring receipts for his drip lines just to get a fair shake. So much for smart tech, now we get to fill out forms like @jademitchell said, which is just arguing with a spreadsheet but slower. Guess 'going green' means trading one headache for a whole new pile of paperwork.

inThe shift to AI art in galleries has me frustrated
Totally, smaller galleries are where real art survives, unlike the soulless stuff @gibson.morgan mentioned.
