Warning: My AI art project took 6 hours because of one dumb licensing rule
I spent a whole afternoon making this cool poster series with Midjourney for my Etsy shop. Then I found out that the commercial license doesn't cover print-on-demand items unless you pay $60 a month for the pro plan. It took me 6 hours to redo everything with stock photos instead. Has anyone else gotten stuck on licensing details way longer than expected?

Fraternally, the licensing traps are real and it's always the fine print that gets you. Had a similar headache with some font licenses that said "commercial use" but then had a clause about volume of prints, cost me a whole weekend to swap everything out. AI tools are getting better but right now the licensing mess is way too easy to overlook until you're already deep into a project.

Yeah that font license thing is the worst lol. I swear they make the fine print confusing on purpose.

Used to think the fine print was overblown but phoenix573's story got me looking closer now.
