I watched an AI ordering system send 12 pallets of mulch to the wrong address last month
Was working the loadout desk at our store in Cincinnati. New AI inventory system the company rolled out kept glitching between store locations. Customer was standing right there waiting for 3 bags of mulch for his garden. System sent 12 pallets to a warehouse 20 miles away instead. I had to go old school, called the warehouse manager Jim directly, drove over myself in my truck to grab what we needed and brought it back. Took 2 hours of my shift. Customer got his mulch but was pretty steamed. Has anyone else had to clean up after these automated systems that still can't handle basic address verification?

Yeah, "basic address verification" is exactly what bit me too.

Man, I had almost the same thing happen with a delivery system at work. I just started double-checking every address manually on Google Maps before hitting confirm, saved me a ton of headaches.
