It's wild how fast tech like that goes from lab stuff to normal tools. Feels like everything gets cheaper and ends up in random places now.

Have you ever bought a cool new device only to see it at a cheap store later? I once spent too much on a smart watch that now does less than my phone, which I also paid too much for. It's like we are all testing the expensive stuff before the cheap copy comes out. Makes you think about what will be next to get cheap and be everywhere. I should wait before buying new things, but I never do.
