I finally spent $1500 on a dedicated data enrichment service for our CRM.
I was sure our team could handle it manually, but the accuracy and time saved on lead scoring has been a total game changer. Anyone else find a specific tool that unexpectedly paid for itself?

Honestly, that sounds like a lot for data cleanup. We just fixed our process in-house for free.

Our team spent three months on a similar cleanup before switching.

Well, hold on a second, Michael. "For free" isn't really true, is it? Your team's time has a cost, even if you don't get a bill for it. Those hours spent fixing the process could have gone to other work. That's a real trade-off a lot of us miss. It's great it worked for you, but calling it free sets a tricky expectation for others.
