Found a simple trick that cut my client onboarding time by almost half

I run a small bookkeeping service for contractors around Cleveland, and onboarding new clients was killing me. Took like 3 or 4 back and forth emails just to get their basic financial docs and access set up. Then I tried sending a single Loom video walking them through exactly what I need, with a checklist attached. Three clients this week got it all done in under 20 minutes each. Has anyone else tried video for client onboarding or found another shortcut that actually speeds things up?

Takes longer to make the video than to just send a few emails.
